Radhya Scan Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Radhya Scan provides tools for scanning, organizing, exporting, and, if you enable it, backing up and restoring your documents. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued over time. We may also offer free and paid features.

3. Accounts and Security

• Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and on your device.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or risks the Service or other users.

4. Your Content and Backups

You retain ownership of the content you create, scan, save, or upload through the Service. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content solely to operate the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

Google Drive backup is optional. If you enable it, you authorize the App to create and read its backup files in the Google Drive location used by the App. You are responsible for your Google account, its available storage, and keeping any backups you need. Google Drive is subject to Google's separate terms and policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or infringe another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Upload or distribute malicious code, harmful material, or content you are not authorized to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or another user's information.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service except where law expressly permits it.
• Use the Service to create or store fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful records or documents.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat are governed by the applicable store's terms, billing, and refund rules. Prices, available plans, and feature limits may change with notice where required by law. You can manage or cancel store subscriptions through the relevant store.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, features, and branding, is owned by Radhya Softlabs or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that every scan, export, sync, backup, calculation, or record will meet your requirements. Please keep independent copies of important content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radhya Softlabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or Radhya Softlabs. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Before deleting the App or your account, export or back up any content you want to keep.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the “Last Updated” date. When required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
