Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to paid subscription plans for BizBeat, operated by Radhya Softlabs.
1. Free & Paid Plans
BizBeat offers a free tier with core functionality. Premium features are available through paid subscription plans (Silver and Gold tiers) billed monthly or annually. You can try the app with the free plan before committing to a paid subscription.
2. App Store & Google Play Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by the respective platform:
- Apple App Store — Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Apple's refund policies apply.
- Google Play Store — Request a refund through the Google Play Store app or Google Play Help. Google's refund policies apply.
We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through these platforms directly. Please contact the platform where you made your purchase.
3. Web Purchases
For subscriptions purchased directly through our web application:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.
- Refund requests after the 7-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds for annual plans after the 7-day period may be prorated based on usage.
- Refunds are not available for partial months of service already consumed.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- App Store / Play Store — Cancel through the respective store's subscription management settings on your device.
- Web — Cancel through your account settings in the web application or by contacting us.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan. Your data will be preserved and accessible on the free tier.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a web purchase, contact us with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date (the renewed period is non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges).
