1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

BizBeat is a business management application that provides tools including but not limited to:

• Invoice and estimate creation and management
• Document scanning and PDF tools
• Client and contact management
• Business analytics and dashboard
• Loan tracking and financial tools
• QR code generation for business contacts

The Service is available on iOS, Android, and web platforms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

BizBeat offers free and premium subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.
• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment provider, subject to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. User Content & Data

• You retain ownership of all data and content you create within the Service (invoices, documents, client records, etc.).
• You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you create and the invoices you send through the Service.
• We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. The tools are provided for convenience and you should consult qualified professionals for such matters.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Send fraudulent invoices or misrepresent your business identity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Radhya Softlabs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radhya Softlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
