This Privacy Policy explains how Radhya Expense (the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), provided by Radhya Softlabs, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App and its related services (the “Service”).

Radhya Expense is a focused expense-tracking product in the BizBeat product family. It is provided by Radhya Softlabs. Where you use a shared BizBeat account, we use the account information needed to provide consistent sign-in and account support across the relevant BizBeat products. This policy applies specifically to your use of Radhya Expense.

Our Commitments to You

  • Your content is yours — You control the documents, receipts, and records you create or save in the App.
  • We do not sell your data — We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or product content for advertising.
  • Cloud backup is optional — If you choose Google Drive backup, it is connected only after you authorize it and you control the files in your Google Drive account.
  • We collect only what is needed — We do not collect contacts, location, or unrelated browsing activity to operate the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide or that is created when you use the Service:

  • Account information — such as your name, email address, phone number, and authentication details when you create or use an account.
  • Product content — expense entries and the details you choose to record, such as amounts, dates, categories, merchants, notes, and receipt images or files.
  • Permissions you choose to grant — camera access to capture receipts, and photo-library or file access only when you choose to attach, import, export, or save a receipt or document. The App does not use these permissions for unrelated purposes.
  • Device and diagnostic data — device type, operating system, app version, performance information, and crash reports used to maintain and improve the Service.
  • Support communications — information you send us when you contact support.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including recording, organizing, analyzing, exporting, and, if you enable it, backing up and restoring your expense records and receipt attachments.
  • Authenticate your account, prevent misuse, and provide customer support.
  • Process subscriptions and communicate about account, product, or support matters.
  • Diagnose crashes, protect the security and reliability of the App, and improve features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

3. Storage, Backup, and Sharing

Your product content is stored on your device by default. The App may use secure service infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), to provide account, authentication, synchronization, and support features. We share information only as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or with your direction.

  • Google Drive backup — If you connect Google Drive, the App can create and restore backup files in the Drive location used by the App. Google's handling of those files is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect Google Drive or remove those files from your Drive.
  • Service providers — We use providers such as AWS for infrastructure, Firebase and Sentry for product diagnostics and crash reporting, and RevenueCat together with Apple App Store or Google Play for subscriptions. These providers process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.
  • Legal or safety requirements — We may disclose information if required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or safety of users, Radhya Softlabs, or others.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit where applicable and secured service infrastructure. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your device, account credentials, and Google account secure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Content stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, remove the App, or clear its data. Google Drive backups remain in your Google Drive until you delete them. We retain account and service information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may be able to:

  • Access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Withdraw consent for optional permissions or disconnect Google Drive at any time.
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing where applicable law provides that right.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

We and our service providers may process information in India and other countries where they operate. When we transfer personal information, we use safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will give additional notice through the App or by email.
